It is feared, ignored, and dreaded by many and reluctantly accepted by others.  We dream endlessly about others changing while we hold tight to our own ways.  It’s what is missing so that others can achieve greatness and what stops us from being a better version of ourselves.


In our business we have goals and ambitions of what we want to accomplish.  We want better financial results, a better corporate culture, more productivity from our teams, and better communication.  If only we did ABC & XYZ better?  Change is the gap from where we are today to where we believe we can be. 


And with so much riding on change, we spend very little time strategizing and planning for change.  We know where we want to go, but we don’t always know how to get us there.  We know what we want our team to deliver or how to behave, but we don’t have clarity on how to get them to perform that way.
